AgendaPop Mobile Conference and Event Platform
AgendaPop is a mobile platform that helps conference organizers and attendees better manage conference execution and experiences and more easily connect to each other during the conference.
The product has two components: client and host. The client is built as a native app installed on a mobile device (e.g. iPad, iPhone, Android phone, or Android tablet) that attendees use during the conference. The host is a website (confpal.com) that can be used by the conference organizers to run the conference, and by the attendees to manage their conference data.
This professional level conference application has an extensive range of possibilities. Its sleek design and easy-to-use interface form a simple yet effective application that can be applied to any conference and event. In addition, paid advertisements can be placed on the application. Color coded tracks and chronological organization allow for sessions to be easily traced, and prevent fumbling with a complicated brochure that would otherwise be used in its place. A search function is also implemented, allowing for quick access to a specific session or speakers.
This application also has a social media aspect. You can easily find certain speakers or attendees and add them to your favorites, or exchange business cards that contain contact information, etc. This is extremely efficient and beneficial to linking people and helping them keep in touch both during and after the conference.
